(Please keep in mind the cart function only works on the actual eBay website and not the eBay mobile app). This will send a message to the seller that you would like an updated invoice and you can finish payment once the new invoice is received. Once you pay, I unfortunately cannot undo shipping costs. Ebay doesn’t refund sellers on fees taken when payment is refunded to the buyer.
